The 44-year-old man was arrested & charged.

A Newfoundland man was arrested last Saturday evening for allegedly assaulting a bartender at a pub after stealing several ice-cream bars from a nearby gas station.
RCMP officers arrested 44-year-old Dylan Ryan on Nov. 1 after receiving reports of a disturbance at a pub on Manitoba Drive in Clarenville, NL.
Police say Ryan tried to “fight other patrons” at the pub before assaulting the bartender, who had asked Ryan to leave.
Ryan also allegedly stole “multiple pre-packaged ice cream products” from a gas bar before going to the pub.
After leaving the pub, Ryan returned to the same gas bar, where police arrested him.
Police are holding Ryan in custody as he awaits his future court appearance, where he will be tried on charges of:
Assault,
Causing a disturbance, disturbing the peace,
Failure to comply with condition of a Release Order – three counts,
Failure to comply with a Probation Order.
None of the charges against him have been proven in court.
