Richmond Hill man accused of taking photos up women's skirts
He's been charged with 3 counts of voyeurism.

A Richmond Hill man is facing more voyeurism charges after allegedly taking photos up women’s skirts.
41-year-old Adam Russo of Richmond Hill was first arrested in October 2024 for reportedly using a “hidden camera” to film women in a mall.
He was released on bail for nine months before police received another report in late July 2025 that he was filming more shoppers—this time at a store in Markham.
The store’s security guard recognized Russo from a week earlier when he’d reportedly seen the man crouch down beside a woman and hold his phone under her skirt.
The security guard followed Russo out of the store to another store up the street, where he allegedly saw Russo holding his phone under another woman’s skirt.
Police arrived shortly after and arrested Russo.
He faces three voyeurism charges, one charge of resisting arrest, and one charge of disobeying a judge’s release order.
