Toronto police seek woman who invited nightclubbers into taxi then allegedly assaulted them

They released a photo of the suspect.

Toronto Police are looking for a woman accused of assaulting two women in a taxi.

The women were headed home from a nightclub at 4 AM on Nov. 22 when a woman approached them near King Street West and Portland Street.

She invited them into a waiting taxi and, once inside, allegedly assaulted them both.

She then left the taxi and fled the area on foot. Both women sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

The female suspect is described as approximately 25 years old. She has shoulder-length brown hair. Police have released her image.

Police ask anyone with information to call 416-808-1400. Tips can also be submitted anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
