23-year-old Hosay Hussaini was allegedly slashing tires with two large knives last Saturday in the Timmies parking lot near Jane St. and Alliance Ave. when police arrived.

Hussaini was sauntering toward a cop cruiser when an officer tased her. Four cops then converged on herâincluding the driver of the cruiser, who forgot to put it in park.
The SUV slowly rolled over the Hussainiâs legs until the driver, realizing his error, hopped back in the car and⌠slammed on the gas⌠(see for yourself đď¸)

Toronto Police spokeswoman Stephanie Sayer says Hussaini âdid not sustain any injuriesâ during the arrest, but was taken to the hospital for an âassessment related to the [taser] deployment, as per our procedures.â
Sayer also says the force is âactively reviewing the circumstancesâ of what she called a âdynamic incident.â
â[We] are grateful there were no serious injuries during this dynamic incident,â she told the CBC.
Hussaini is charged with four counts of mischief and one count of wielding dangerous weapons. She awaits her court appearance.

18-year-old Valentina Ponte Diaz was arrested this week and charged with assault and possession of a âdangerous weapon.â
However, police say they are treating the incident as a suspected âhate-motivated offence,â which means Diaz will face a harsher sentence if she is convicted of the charges laid against her.
Police say the victim of Diazâs alleged assault sustained âminor injuries,â but did not specify what he was sprayed with.
Diazâs bail hearing was scheduled for Nov. 6.

A man allegedly assaulted a delivery driver at a Clarington McDonaldâs last Saturday night. Police say he may have been motivated by hate.
Around 9:30 PM on Saturday, Nov. 1, Durham Police were called to a McDonaldâs on Regional Highway 2 after a man allegedly made âhateful commentsâ toward a delivery driver picking up food.
After a âverbal altercation,â police say the man assaulted the delivery driver, who sustained minor injuries.
Police arrived shortly after and arrested 41-year-old Aaron William Lee, who is charged with assault and uttering threats.
Police are currently consulting with Crown prosecutors to âdetermine whether hate was an aggravating factorâ in the alleged assault.
If it were, then police say Lee could be looking at a steeper sentence if heâs convicted of the charges.
Lee was held for a bail hearing after his arrest.
And to think: he coulda skipped all of this.
